MTS | Revenue Infrastructure (“we”) runs this booking page. This policy explains what we collect when you book a discovery call, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are the data controller. Contact us at partnerships@mtsgrowth.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into this form: your first and last name, email address, clinic name, and optionally your phone number. Depending on which service you pick, we also collect your answers to a short set of qualifying questions — for example how quickly you respond to new enquiries, your average patient value, and roughly how many new patients you see a month. Finally, we record the call slot you choose.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this page, and we do not buy or enrich your data from anywhere else.
Why we collect it
To schedule and run the discovery call you asked for, to send you the confirmation and reminder emails for that call, and to prepare a useful revenue analysis in advance so the call is worth your time. Our lawful basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in following up on an enquiry you started.
Who processes it
We keep the list short and name every one of them:
- Vercel — hosts this page and receives your submission in transit.
- n8n — our self-hosted automation platform, which routes your submission to the services below.
- Google — Calendar creates the event, Sheets stores the enquiry, and Workspace sends the emails.
- Google Gemini— if you choose the Revenue Infrastructure option, your questionnaire answers are sent to Google’s Gemini API to write the plain-English summary of your results. The figures themselves are calculated by us, not by the model. Your answers are not used to train Google’s models under their paid API terms.
Some of these providers process data outside the EEA. Those transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Calendar events and email threads follow the same schedule. If you tell us you are not interested, we delete your record within 30 days unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, or object to our use of it altogether. Email partnerships@mtsgrowth.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or to your local supervisory authority.
